Request the Addition of a Genome to Roundup

If you do not find a genome you want when using Roundup, you may request its addition. Since Roundup uses FASTA formatted protein sequence files to generate orthlogs, you must tell us the location (URL) of the publicly accessible FASTA formatted protein sequence file(s) for the whole genome. Please see the Example below for help. Or look at a complete List of Genome Sources for more example URLs.

Once you have requested a genome, we will add it to Roundup, contacting you once we are done. Also, if we need to clarify anything we will contact you.
